Refund Policy

ARLU LLC DBA LoanSheet offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No justification is required.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@loansheet.ai and we'll help you through the process.

After the 30 days

After the 30-day window, subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but we'll always review requests on a case-by-case basis where circumstances warrant it (for example, a billing error).

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period.
